Istituto Ganassini 2021
Working at Ganassini is a privilege: here you really have the chance to change things and make your mark. Commitment and passion are rewarded and diversity does not frighten. Personally, I have never seen being a woman and a mother as an obstacle and the fact that I am head of the company’s historical brand, Rilastil, is proof of that. I am surrounded by a young, well-prepared, and passionate team, 90% of which is made up of women: trained professionals who support each other in a positive and stimulating atmosphere. Together we aim to take Rilastil higher without sacrificing work-life balance.

Important goals have been achieved through the years: access to employment and stable income for the 70 women, constant vocational training, local training in management, and development of social enterprises.
